Refund and Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement.

Once orders are shipped, cancellation is not possible; initiate a return process instead.

Customers must request returns within 3 days of receiving the item.

Customers are responsible for shipping the item back to the merchant at their own expense.

Upon receiving the returned item, the merchant will inspect it for damages.

Refunds will be processed based on the merchant’s discretion after inspection.

Refunds will be credited using the original payment method.
